Sizing & Fit
How do I find my correct size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements. For the best fit, measure yourself and compare to the chart rather than guessing your usual size. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort.
What if my item doesn't fit?
As long as the item is clean, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached, you can return it within 30 days. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full process.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then delivered in about 5–8 business days with standard shipping. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the first tracking update. Haven't received tracking after 5 business days? Email us and we'll check on it.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items. Items just need to come back clean, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
What condition do items need to be in?
Returned items must be clean and in their original packaging. Please try things on over your own underwear. We can't accept items that are soiled, washed, or damaged. Defective or incorrect items are always eligible, no matter what.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. It typically appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Payment & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus secure options like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal at checkout.
Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant providers. We never see or store your full card number on our servers.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so contact us as soon as possible at support@sikavia.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.
My item arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?
We're so sorry! Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
