We want you to feel confident and comfortable in every Sikavia piece. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy. Please read our policy below — because we sell intimate apparel, a few hygiene rules apply.
1.Our Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:
- Clean, unworn, and undamaged.
- Returned in their original packaging.
- With all original tags attached.
2.Hygiene & Condition
Because we sell intimate apparel, returned items must come back clean and in their original packaging. Please try items on over your own underwear. We're unable to accept items that are soiled, washed, or damaged, or that are missing their original packaging.
This keeps every order fresh and protects all of our customers. Defective or incorrect items are always eligible for return or replacement — see Section 6.
3.How to Start a Return
- Email support@sikavia.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- Our team will reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back within 7 days of receiving instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
4.Refunds
After we receive and approve your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5.Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order. If you'd prefer a direct exchange, email us and we'll do our best to help based on availability.
6.Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — at no cost to you, and the hygiene rule does not apply.
7.Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can't guarantee we'll receive untracked returns.
8.Non-Returnable Items
- Worn, washed, soiled, or damaged items.
- Items returned without their original packaging.
- Final sale or clearance items (marked at checkout).
- Gift cards.
- Items returned after the 30-day window.
