We know you can't wait to receive your Sikavia pieces. Here's everything you need to know about processing, delivery times, and tracking your order.
1.Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
2.Shipping Times & Rates

Delivery estimates are in addition to processing time and are not guaranteed. Once your package leaves our facility, delivery is in the hands of the carrier.
3.Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, contact us at support@sikavia.com.
4.Shipping Delays
Occasionally, factors outside our control — carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or customs — may slow delivery. We appreciate your patience and will always help track down a delayed package.
5.Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — we can usually fix it before the order ships.
6.Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your order was delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. For lost or stolen packages, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
