Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about our products, shipping, returns, and more.
How do I find my size?
+
Use our size chart on each product page. Measure your waist, hips, and bust, then match to the chart. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort or sizing down for more compression.
Will shapewear show under my clothes?
+
Our seamless designs have no visible panty lines, no stitching marks, and no bunching. They sit completely flat under dresses, work pants, jeans, and fitted tops.
How long can I wear shapewear?
+
Our shapewear is designed for all-day wear — 8 to 12 hours comfortably. The breathable fabric prevents overheating and the compression is firm but not restrictive.
What payment methods do you accept?
+
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
How long does shipping take?
+
US orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days. Express shipping is available at checkout. International orders take 7–14 business days.
What is your return policy?
+
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it doesn't fit or you're not happy, send it back unworn with tags attached for a full refund or exchange. No questions asked.
How do I wash my shapewear?
+
Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent and hang dry. Do not bleach, iron, or tumble dry. This keeps the compression and fabric lasting longer.
Do you offer plus sizes?
+
Yes. We carry sizes XS through 4XL across all products. Every size gets the same premium compression and seamless finish — no exceptions.
